Refunds Policy
If we are required to collect the item that you are returning, there will be a collection charge equal to that of your delivery charge. If no charge was made for delivery, our team will advise you of the collection charge.
Bespoke items cannot be returned.
Damaged goods cannot be returned. All good are quality checked before being sold and it is the customers responsibility to inspect all goods before taking ownership of them.
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.
There is a 10% restocking charge payable when returning any items.
Items may be returned from 15 days – 30 days and a credit note will be issued in compliance with the above terms.
